Services Offered
Veronica Tours Barcelona offers private cultural walking tours in Barcelona and Catalonia (with chauffeurs or public transport), as well as personalized tourist consulting services via telephone/video call.
Booking and Prices
The prices listed on the Website for each tour are starting from (starting from) and may vary based on duration, number of participants, customized requests, and entrance fees to monuments or shows included in the price. Entrance fees to monuments, museums, or attractions are always excluded, unless expressly indicated in writing in the booking confirmation. Final prices will be confirmed by email before booking is confirmed.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods will be indicated upon booking confirmation (bank transfer, other methods to be agreed upon).
Cancellations and Refunds
The conditions relating to service cancellations, penalties, and any refunds are governed in full by our [Cancellation Policy], which can be found in the relevant section of the Website. The customer declares having read and accepted these conditions at the time of booking and payment for the service.
Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to provide accurate information at the time of booking, to arrive promptly at the agreed-upon meeting point, and to promptly communicate any special needs (allergies, reduced mobility, etc.).
In the event of a late arrival, the guide will wait a maximum of 30 minutes. This waiting time will be counted towards the total duration of the tour, which will end at the originally agreed-upon time, without the right to price reductions or refunds.
Liability
Veronica Tours Barcelona is not responsible for access to monuments, museums, or shows operated by third parties (timetables, extraordinary closures, ticket availability), nor for delays or disruptions attributable to third parties (transport, NCC drivers, show venues).
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, itineraries) is the property of Veronica Tours Barcelona or licensed and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Complaints
For any complaint or dispute, the customer can write to info@veronicatoursbarcelona.com. As a consumer, you also have access to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer’s domicile, in accordance with Spanish consumer protection legislation.
